Availability fills quickly. For preferred dates — particularly during peak travel seasons — I recommend reaching out six to eight weeks in advance to secure your booking.
That said, last-minute openings do occasionally arise. Never hesitate to enquire.

Client Service Agreement
Client Service Agreement — Pierce Novus LLC
- Authorization
The undersigned hereby grants Andee Pierce, operating under Pierce Novus LLC, full authority to act as guardian and primary caretaker of the designated pet(s) during the client’s absence. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of the current booking and any subsequent bookings, unless revoked in writing by the client prior to the commencement of a scheduled service period.
- Services Provided
Pierce Novus LLC will provide the services mutually agreed upon prior to each booking, which may include but are not limited to: feeding, fresh water provision, walking, playtime, medication administration, litter box maintenance, and general companionship. The specific scope of care will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
- Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all supplies necessary for the care of their pet(s), including but not limited to food, medications, leashes, carriers, and any equipment specific to the pet’s routine or medical needs. The client further agrees to disclose, in full, any known behavioral tendencies, medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special considerations pertaining to their pet(s) prior to the commencement of care. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in termination of services without refund.
- Emergency Care
In the event of a medical emergency involving the client’s pet(s), Pierce Novus LLC is hereby authorized to seek veterinary care at the nearest available facility as deemed necessary. The client assumes full financial responsibility for all associated veterinary costs and will be contacted as promptly as circumstances allow. Where possible, the client’s designated emergency veterinarian will be consulted first.
- Unoccupied Home Policy
To ensure the safety of Pierce Novus LLC personnel and the security of all pets in care, all vacation and extended-absence services are provided on an Unoccupied Entry basis.
If the client or any third party is present in the home during a scheduled visit window without prior written agreement, Pierce Novus LLC reserves the right to cancel that visit without refund.
Should a client or third party return home early during an active service period, Pierce Novus LLC must be notified in writing no less than 24 hours in advance of any anticipated presence in the home.
In the event of client aggression, hostility, or any environment deemed unsafe or threatening to Pierce Novus LLC personnel, services will be terminated immediately. A pro-rated refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Pierce Novus LLC to close the account. No further services will be rendered.
Pierce Novus LLC reserves the right to photograph the condition of the home upon entry and departure for the protection of all parties.
- Liability
Pierce Novus LLC will exercise all reasonable care and professional judgment to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the client’s pet(s). The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andee Pierce and Pierce Novus LLC from any and all claims, losses, or expenses arising from the care of their pet(s), except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Pierce Novus LLC.
Pierce Novus LLC is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, illness, or injury that arises in the absence of negligence, nor for the actions of pet(s) that have not been fully disclosed prior to the commencement of care.
- Cancellation Policy
The client acknowledges that a minimum of 48 hours written notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start of service will incur a cancellation fee of $20. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full for the first scheduled visit.
Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable.
- Photography & Updates
Pierce Novus LLC may provide photo or video updates of the client’s pet(s) during the service period as a courtesy. The client grants Pierce Novus LLC permission to share such images on social media or promotional materials unless otherwise indicated in writing at the time of booking.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this agreement, the client confirms that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth above. This agreement applies to the current booking and all future bookings unless a revised agreement is issued and executed.
