Hi, I’m Andee — a lifelong animal lover, daily dog walker, cuddle enthusiast, and founder of Pierce Novus LLC.

I’ve been caring for animals since I was 10 years old. What started with watching pets for neighbors, friends, and family quickly became a true calling. Over the years, I realized how much joy I found in building relationships with both animals and their humans. In 2025, my husband and I officially launched our family-run pet care business to share that joy with our community.

Today, I offer personalized, in-home care for a wide variety of pets. These include playful pups and curious cats. Additionally, I care for rabbits, reptiles, birds, and more. Whether it’s daily walks or drop-in visits, I approach every pet with patience and compassion. I aim to keep their routines as normal and stress-free as possible.

This work isn’t just a job to me — it’s part of my daily life. I walk 3 miles a day (often with a wet nose trotting happily beside me!) and I’m always happy to discuss options and schedules that work best for you and your pet.

Many of my clients come back again and again — some even feel like extended family. I love forming lasting bonds, and I’m always open to chatting about long-term care arrangements that meet your needs.
